About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator with a passion for visual storytelling. This role involves capturing high-quality reels and product shots that align with our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in photography and videography, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create captivating content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Reels Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and reels that highlight our brand, products, and services, tailored for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Product Photography: Capture high-quality images of products that are visually appealing and reflect the brand’s style and aesthetic.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, storyboard, and develop creative content concepts that align with brand goals.
• Location & Setup: Scout locations, set up lighting, and arrange necessary equipment to ensure professional-quality visuals for both reels and product shots.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit photos and videos, enhancing quality, adding effects, and ensuring all content is optimized for social media.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all content to ensure brand consistency, including colors, filters, and styling.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, reels, and photography to keep content fresh, innovative, and engaging.
• Content Scheduling: Work with the social media team to schedule content, ensuring a steady and strategic flow of posts.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all photography and video equipment is well-maintained and ready for use at all times.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to understand campaign goals and deliver content that meets objectives.
• Audience Engagement: Create content that resonates with the target audience, encouraging engagement and building brand awareness.
• Quick Turnaround: Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines, responding to last-minute requests when needed.
• Creative Problem Solving: Adapt to changing environments and resolve challenges during shoots, ensuring smooth production processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating skills in reels and product photography.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to work independently and creatively while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visual content.
