Sales Executive
Job Responsibility:
As a Sales Executive at The Basilium Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential clients and reaching out to them via various communication channels.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Keeping accurate records of sales interactions and customer information in our CRM system.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
Compensation:
The compensation package for this position ranges from INR 8,000 to 22,000 per month, based on experience and performance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses based on sales achievements.
Remote Work:
This position is currently offered as a remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. However, please note that there may be occasional requirements to visit the office for meetings, training sessions, or team collaboration. As the company evolves, there is potential for the role to transition to an office-based position, but such changes would be communicated well in advance.
